How to change a schedule which has bookings attached to it

There are two ways in which a schedule can be edited if there are bookings attached to it.

1. Temporarily turn off your cancellation email which is sent to customers (______.sports-booker.com/dashboard/setting-message?mid=8) > Cancel the existing customer bookings > Edit the Schedule > Rebook these customers in free of charge.

2. Put an end date on the current schedule (which will have to be the day after the furthest future booking on this schedule) > Create a new schedule which starts from end date of the previous schedule.

Example: You have tried to edit the time of your gym class from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. However, the system will not let you and you recieve a message such as "Only basic details have been updated, because there have been 4 bookings for this schedule".

You will then need to find out the date of the 4th booking (the furthest booking away in terms of time). E.g May 28th.

Following this you will need to put an end date on your current 45 minute gym class schedule of May 29th, and create a new schedule starting May 29th with the new time of 60 minutes.
