How to add a multi-person schedule

Go to Settings > Scheduling > Activities (multi-person) > Add activity schedule.

Enter information on the following:

Resource/Area - this is the resource or area where the activity will take place.
Activity - if you change the selected activity the default details for this activity will replace any custom settings.
Days of the week - select the days on which the activity will be available between the start date and the end date. If no days are selected this activity will not be displayed in the schedule.
Start date - the activity will be available to book from this date and at the time specified.
Start time - the is the time for the first session of the day that will be available in the schedule.
End date - the activity will be available to book up to, but not including, this date. This date should be at least one day in advance of the start date otherwise no sessions will be available in the schedule.

Once you have finished click Update activity schedule
