How to enable venue contacts to receive copies of all bookings and cancellations

Go to Settings > Messaging

Ensure the Order confirmation receipt and the Booking cancellation message are set to Yes for Copy e-mail.

You can also set these messages to Yes for Send e-mail if you wish for your customer to receive a copy as well. 

Once you have ticked these messages, use the Actions drop down box to select the appropriate action and click Apply

Next you will need to go to Settings > Bookings.

Scroll down and ensure the Send booking e-mail confirmation option is set to Yes.

Click Update details at the bottom of the page. 

Finally, go to Settings > Resources > Venues (multiple areas).

Click on and open up the Venue you want to recieve a copy e-mail. 

Enter an email address in to the relevant field and click Update venue.
