Release Note 141

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Update to adding a payment to a customer to allow all the bookings within an invoice to be selected
2. Update to operator settings to add the option to allow till operators to use the price override facility
3. Update to resource areas to allow uploaded images to be deleted
4. Update to public website activity views to allow uploaded images to be deleted
5. Update to courses to allow uploaded images to be deleted
6. Update to events to allow uploaded images to be deleted
7. Update to activities to allow uploaded images to be deleted
8. Update to optional extras to allow uploaded images to be deleted
9. Update to public website categories to allow uploaded images to be deleted
10. Update to public website style editor to allow uploaded images to be deleted
11. Update to app style editor to allow uploaded images to be deleted
12. Update to public website activity views to include a setting that will only display the image within the mobile app
13. Update to custom questions to allow up to ten custom questions
14. Update to adding a new customer to allow an image to be uploaded when entering their details
15. Update to adding a new customer to allow a webcam photo to be uploaded when entering their details
16. Update to the customer profile to allow a webcam photo to be uploaded when entering their picture
17. Update to the messaging settings to add a new message for order confirmations that are payments only
18. Fix to rescheduling an activity to only send out one email per customer rather than one email per booking
19. Update to the customer list to add the option to remove membership barcodes
20. Update to the customer list to add the option to remove membership numbers
21. Update to the customer list to add the option to remove membership references
22. Update to courses to allow the resource to be changed if no bookings have been made
23. Update to rescheduling a customer booking to aloow the booking to be moved to any active schedule for the same activity
24. Fix to reschduling a customer booking to allow a group booking to be rescheduled to a session where the capcity will reach its maximum
25. Update to the instructor email to inlude the activity notes to all users
26. Update to redacting customer details to delete any uploaded direct debit mandate files
27. Update to redacting customer details to delete any uploaded profile pictures
28. Update to the customer profile to allow the profile picture to be deleted
29. Fix to the customer gift voucher list to display the correct status if the voucher has been used
30. Update to the gift voucher report to include a filter to search for invalid or valid gift vouchers
31. Update to customer payment allocations to allow credits to be allocated to unpaid items not associated with a booking
32. Update to the instructor calendar to display an error if an instructor is assigned to a session at the same time another session starts
33. Update to venue booking sheets to allow an additional email address to be added to receive the booking sheet
34. Fix to the gift voucher redemption report to include redemptions by a different person than had bought the voucher
35. Have the mandatory age option separate for customers

Customer website updates

1. Fix to selecting the number of tickets for a booking following the selection of an activity to add the correct amount to the order basket
2. Update to selecting the quantity for each ticket type when making a booking to allow each price band to have a minimum number specified
3. Update to public website activity views to allow the places left to not be displayed
4. Update to editing your account to allow a customer to unlink their account from Facebook
5. Update to editing your account to allow a customer to unlink their account from Google
6. Update to pay for my bookings to allow a customer to pay for reservations using a gift voucher
7. Update to pay for my bookings to allow a customer to pay for bookings using a gift voucher
