Release Note 136

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates        

1. Update to the cancellation policy to allow the short notice refund to be set in hours as well as days.        
2. Update to memberships to add the option to set an absentee fee that is added to bookings when the attendance has not been recorded.
3. Fix to rescheduling a booking to prevent the booking from being rescheduled beyond the end date of the schedule.        
4. Fix to the manual direct debit report to allow the list to be ordered by the frozen status column.        
5. Fix to the order checkout when some operators select to pay using cash, cheque or bank transfer the confirmation page is not displayed.                

Public website updates        

1. Fix to the checkout options to prevent the use of part payment with credit when the customer is purchasing credit.        

API updates        

1. Fix to the membership import process to avoid incorrect user data from resulting in a valid user with the same batch from not being imported.       
2. Added the ability to import bookings from a third party system.
