Release Note 135

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates    

  1. Fix to till admissions to allocate a package to a booking in the order the packages were purchased where multiple packages apply to the booking.
  2. Update to the site template to update the Sports Booker logo.    
  3. Fix to the accommodation schedule list to allow the schedules to be edited.    
  4. Update to the price band booking rules page to allow the list to filtered by their live status and default to showing only live rules.    
  5. Update to the bookings list to allow selected bookings to be updated to attended or not attended.    
  6. Fix to the customer gift voucher list to show the status as invalid if the voucher has expired.    
  7. Update to price bands to allow more than one email address to be used to automatically assign a price band for new registrations.    
  8. Fix to customer bookings list to display the booking reference if selected.    
  9. Added a new feature to allow third party bookings to be imported for simple activity schedules.    
  10. Update the checkout payment options to display each gift voucher available to use for the purchase as a button.    
  11. Update to the attendance list to allow cancelled bookings to be output to a print document or a spreadsheet.    
  12. Fix to the order checkout process to record the system ID if this is set against each tranaction that is created against the customer.    

Public website updates    

  1. Fix to the order checkout to prevent expired gift vouchers from being used.    
  2. Update to the booking confirmation page to allow the customer to be redirected to an alternate web page.    
  3. Update to the reservation confirmation page to allow the customer to be redirected to an alternate web page.    
  4. Update to the order checkout to include an option to prevent multiple promo vouchers being used on the same order.    
  5. Update to venue options to allow the areas within a venue to be displayed in descending order when selecting how many areas are required for the booking.    
  6. Update to the home page to allow the social media login options to be hidden.    

Membership portal updates    

  1. Fix to the order process when purchasing a membership that contains a package that expires within a number of days to set the appropriate expiry date.    

Legacy calendar website updates    

  1. Update to the site template to remove the Sports Booker logo from the footer.
