Release note 132

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Fix to scheduling multi-person activities to ignore block bookings that are no longer valid when adding a schedule.
2. Update to the bookings report to include the area reference and notes as field options.
3. Fix to the session attendee disclaimer to display the correct attendee passcode.
4. Update to the membership purchase process to add the membership to the checkout.
5. Fix to adding promo vouchers to the order basket to include the account code of the activity it relates to.
6. Update to promo vouchers to remove the option to enter financial codes due to these being inherited from the discounted activity.
7. Update to adding promo vouchers to the order basket to inherit the financial codes from the activity it relates to.
8. Fix to the session attendance list to display the end time based on the schedule duration and not the activity duration.
9. Update to the payment analysis report to include the option to group by price band.
10. Update to session attendance to include the option to select the customer's calculated age.
11. Update to session attendance to include the option to select the customer's date of birth.
12. Update to the order process to allow the admins to change the price band on time-based activities and therefore alter the cost.
13. Update to selecting a customer's name for a booking to include the display name
14. Update to the customer balance report to add an option to exclude zero balances.
15. Update to adding a missed payment for a customer to reset the payment status of the customer to confirmed.
16. Update to packages to add the option to make the package not live.
17. Update to the activity summary report to add the option to exclude cancelled sessions from the occupancy percentage.
18. Fix to the calendar popup when selecting a date to stop the next and previous month buttons from closing the popup prematurely.
19. Update to customer bookings to add the option to update the attendance status of the booking.
20. Update to the booking receipt options to enable the name of the booking document to be changed.
21. Update to package settings to default the list to show only live packages.
22. Fix to the order basket to display the ticket type price band options when a substitute activity has been selected.

Public website updates

1. Fix to selecting a duration for an activity to exclude options where a price is not available.
2. Fix to adding promo vouchers to the order basket to include the account code of the activity it relates to.
3. Update to adding promo vouchers to the order basket to inherit the financial codes from the activity it relates to.
4. Update to the registration page to provide instructions as to the complexity of password required.
5. Update to allocating packages to bookings to add the option to restrict the number of sessions booked per week.
6. Update to the home page to allow activity view buttons to be accompanied by an image.
7. Update to the selection of tickets during the order process to enable an image to be associated with each ticket price band and a text description.
8. Update to the activity information page to include the option to show an image related to the activity.

Voucher portal updates

1. Added the iVeri payment gateway as a payment option for customers.
2. Added the M-Pesa mobile phone payment facility as a payment option for customers.
