Release note 131

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;


Dashboard updates

  1. Update to block booking to allow validation to be skipped when a multi-person activity is scheduled that may overlap.
  2. Update to time-based activities to rename one click booking to disable multiple session selection and non-sequential bookings to disable booking duration.
  3. Update to multi-person activities to add the option to restrict customers to one booking per day per activity.
  4. Update to the activity views to display the direct link to the calendar on the public website.
  5. Update to the customer order history to add a filter that will display the customer the bookings have been created for.
  6. Update to copying attendees from a course to ignore whether the operator is allowed to book on individual courses and to add the attendees to the whole course.

Public website updates

  1. Update to the renewal date restriction to prevent customers from making bookings before the date their membership commences.
  2. Fix to the availability to restrict customers to the advance booking days set or the activity.
  3. Added a page where customers can view the packages they have purchased.
  4. Fix to the home page to hide the check availability option if there are no activity views to choose.
  5. Added a page that will display orders that have bookings which have been created on behalf of a linked member.

Membership portal updates

  1. Update to allow the inclusion of packages with the purchase of a membership either by direct debit or as a single checkout payment.
  2. Update to allow payment due dates for a direct debit to be selected as an alternative to immediate payment.
