Release note 130

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;
 

Dashboard updates

  1. Update to the calendar view for multi-person activities to display the number of bookings when a session is full.
  2. Update to customer booking page to display a number next to the list of group bookings.
  3. Update to gift vouchers to allow an expiry date to be specified as an alternative to a number of days.
  4. Update to activity notes to include comments that will only be displayed to operators on the dashboard.
  5. Update to the calendar view to display a star icon on any session that has a comment entered.
  6. Update to the session attendance list to add numbers to the list and change the booking id to be an optional column.
  7. Fix to activity report summary to exclude bookings from today when selecting the predefined tomorrow date range.
  8. Fix to the booking question report to display the answers to questions during the specified date range.
  9. Added a new user level for that can restrict dashboard users to only be able to view specific resources.
  10. Added a new option to override activity booking notice periods with global weekday booking notice periods.
  11. Fix to customer payment allocations to exclude payment items from the invoice list.
  12. Fix to calendar bookings to prevent till operators from making bookings in the past.

Public website updates

  1. Fix to SagePay payments to allow the names of activities to include a colon.
  2. Added schema tags to display content information when linked from a social media account or search engine.
  3. Update to the financial page to allow a customer to add credit to their account.
  4. Added the option to select a linked member who the bookings will be added to instead of the customer placing the order.
  5. Added the iVeri payment gateway as a payment option for customers.
  6. Added the M-Pesa mobile phone payment facility as a payment option for customers.
  7. Update to the venue activity view to hide the booking key colours from the legend for guest users.
  8. Update to the venue activity view to change the partial availability key to describe the remainder of the venue available.
