Release note 129

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Update to the accountant report to include the option to group by venue and filter by venue.
  2. Update to the calendar to display an exclusive icon when a session has been booked exclusively.
  3. Update to the session attendance list to include all the standard features of our reports and lists.
  4. Update to the customer booking list to include area reference as a selectable field.
  5. Update to the booking sheet email to display a specific description of a venue.
  6. Update to the course register to include the instructors name if applicable.
  7. Update to the calendar views to allow the automatic time range displayed based on the activities scheduled to be disabled.
  8. Fix to the marketing consent question when adding a customer to display the default text if no text has been entered.
  9. Update to calendar views to remove the option to set independent column widths and row heights for the customer site as this feature is now redundant.
  10. Update to the confirmation email to include the group leader reference in the email subject where applicable.
  11. Fix to cost displayed on the activity list view to display to two decimal places.

Public website updates

  1. Fix to the order process to prevent the selection of an alternate duration when selecting multiple booking times.
  2. Added the option for customers to add notifications of cancellations for activities on a specific date and time range.
  3. Update to view my bookings to display week day not just the date.

Web service API updates

  1. Added a new function to retrieve order item transactions within a date range.

Disclaimer website updates

  1. Fix to the attendee disclaimer process when choosing to answer questions for a group.
