Release note 128

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Fix to invoice direct list to enable the calendar date selection.
  2. Update to activity messages to only include attendees who have chosen to opt-in to receive marketing material.
  3. Update to the message settings to include a description of each type of message that can be sent to customers.
  4. Update to the calendar to allow the option to view the attendance list for time-based activities.
  5. Update to the order process for till operators to enable voucher code entry.
  6. Fix to the select all option on adding a payment to a customer.
  7. Fix to the booking notes report to prevent notes being duplicated for multiple bookings due at the same time.
  8. Update to customer registration settings to include the marketing consent label editor.
  9. Update to feature choice settings to include the option to disable packages.
  10. Fix to activity prices to display the correct number of columns in the list.
  11. Added a new feature to allow for accommodation bookings where the resources are booked per day.
  12. Fix to cancelling a booking to restrict the length of the reason for cancellation.
  13. Update to the web service api to include a function to return venue question responses.
  14. Added the ability to update purchased Member Checker licenses via the dashboard.
  15. Added the option to book additional training sessions with our support team.
  16. Fix to custom invoices to round irregular amounts correctly when a tax percentage is applied.
  17. Fix to adding a customer to make mandatory custom questions mandatory for operators.

Public website updates

  1. Update to the unsubscribe option to allow attendees to use the feature to opt-out from marketing consent.
  2. Update to the availability to prevent bookings beyond the end time of the session where a negative booking notice period has been set.
  3. Fix to adding promo vouchers to an order to correctly determine validity at peak times.
  4. Added a new feature to allow customers to purchase packages.
  5. Fix to display the description of a time-based activity schedule on the information page.
  6. Update to the multiple selection option to allow options and extras to be selected if the view is for a single activity.
  7. Fix to booking a venue to not show availability for the whole venue where a subsequent part of the venue has been booked.
  8. Fix to booking a venue to show the venue as partially available if the first area is available but other areas are no longer available.
