We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Update to admissions tickets to clear the order basket when returning to till admissions.
2. Fix to admissions boarding passes to name the exported file with the correct booking reference.
3. Fix to gift vouchers to not display expiry date if one is not set.
4. Fix to the till receipt detailed report to show the correct items that were allocated the payment that has been received.
5. Fix to the customer attendee list to enable the option to select all attendees.
6. Update to customer balance report to include a link to the customer profile.
7. Update to member checker settings to allow access to a selected number of price bands.
8. Fix to the customer activity bookings report to correctly total the cost of activities per customer.
9. Update to the customer activity bookings report to move this to the reports section from the bookings section.
10. Update to the settings menu to hide the price band booking rules for sites where this feature is not utilised.
11. Update to the reservation confirmation email to include the booking document if applicable.
12. Update to the booking settings to clarify what each setting relates to.
13. Update to payment order confirmation to show appropriate venue details.
14. Update to the customer settings to move the logged out message to the calendar website settings.
15. Update to unpaid bookings actions for invoice request preview actions to only include selected bookings.
16. Update to activity views to simplify the name of each view.
17. Update to to purchasing text messages to use a credit card payment gateway which provides instant payment processing.
18. Update to to purchasing disclaimers to use a credit card payment gateway which provides instant payment processing.
19. Update to to paying outstanding subscription payments to use a credit card payment gateway which provides instant payment processing.
20. Update to the customer field options to add the last login date and time.
21. Update to the customer advanced setting to display the last login date and time.
22. Update to the calendar options to remove the uncancel activity option to prevent issues with conflicting sessions added subsequently.
23. Update to site settings to include the internet protocol in the website address.
24. Fix to the paid in full action on customer bookings to calculate the paid amount correctly for bookings for multiple sessions.
25. Update to optional extra settings to add the option to view and delete individual prices.
26. Update to the accountant report to add invoice number to the field list.
27. Fix to the MailChimp import action to update this to the latest integration method and allow subscribers to be added to a list.
28. Update to the attendance reports to remove the redundant data monitoring report.

Public website updates

1. Update to the pay my bookings page to show a link to the order confirmation when choosing to pay bookings using credit on account.
2. Update to the outstanding balance reminder to only send the email twice a week instead of every day until the booking is paid.

Calendar website updates

1. Fix to customer statements to change the gift voucher option to go to the new purchase voucher portal.
