Release note 126

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum. This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website.

The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Fix to the customer date of birth to filter out any incorrect dates entered.
2. Update to booking question report to only show questions for the activity selected and to display binary answers as yes or no.
3. Update to bookings list to allow customer details and custom questions to be selected to display.
4. Update to order history list to allow customer details and custom questions to be selected to display.
5. Update to the booking complete message to allow a promotional voucher to be automatically generated and the code added to the email.
6. Update to the attendee disclaimer value of redeemed disclaimers to count per attendee rather than per booking.
7. Update to the number of weeks a booking can be made in advance from one year to three years.
8. Update to the repeat booking options to allow the choice of frequency for the repeated bookings.
9. Update to activity messaging to prevent emails from being sent to those customers who have opted out from receiving marketing material.
10. Fix to promo vouchers to correctly set single use campaign vouchers to apply to a single booking if selected.
11. Fix to till operators to allow bookings not to be restrict to the same rules as the customer.
12. Update to till & admissions to reset the till to deselect the refund option when moving to the checkout.
13. Fix to changing session capacity to prevent multiple operators changing the same session at the same time.
14. Fix to rescheduling a session to prevent multiple operators updating the same session at the same time.
15. Update to the invoice direct actions to allow multiple invoices to be printed.
16. Fix to the clear filter option on the customer list to reset the date field to none selected.
17. Fix to customer list to show the membership reference label if this has been modified.
18. Update to the booking attendee report to add an action to redact the personal details of the attendees selected.
19. Update to the customer attendee list to add the option to redact the personal details of the attendees selected.
20. Fix to the customer gift voucher balance to include all uses of the voucher including by other customers.
21. Fix to adding a new customer during the order process to include all data capture fields selected.
22. Update to customer booking to display the age of group members where applicable and allow this value to be updated.
23. Fix to adding credit to a customer account to record the transaction type as account credit rather than a payment.
24. Update to the customer booking list to include the customer name as a field option.
25. Fix to customer booking actions to allocate payments to bookings correctly when using the set to paid in full action.
26. Update to adding new customers to include the mandatory opt-in marketing question.

Public website updates

1. Fix to the bookings page to show the correct link to complete disclaimers.
2. Update to the repeat booking options to allow the choice of frequency for the repeated bookings.
3. Added a new unsubscribe page to allow customers to opt-out from receiving marketing emails without the requirement of logging in.
4. Update to the venue view to enable the display of blocked bookings.
5. Fix to changing dates for a booking to ignore the price band rule for times available soon.
6. Fix to paying for an order using only gift vouchers to allocate the voucher to the booking and mark the booking as paid.

Calendar website updates

1. Update to the maximum number of weeks a booking can be repeat for from one year to three years.
2. Fix to paying for an order using only gift vouchers to allocate the voucher to the booking and mark the booking as paid.
