We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard and the new public website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;
Dashboard updates
- Update to the display names of the customer menu buttons to reduce the widh of this sub menu for smaller screens.
- Fix to the SagePay transaction report to allow a text search to be performed.
- Update to the negative balance report to include a new filter to exclude transactions beyond the date to.
- Update to the help section to rename this as support.
- Update to the help section to move the frequently asked questions to the sub menu and highlight the main support options on a support homepage.
- Added a new support ticket form that will create a ticket and send this to our support team.
- Update to the customer lookup when starting an order to include the customer's address line 1 and postcode.
- Update to the background calendar and order process to make viewing and updating orders more efficient.
- Fix to the membership checkout to send an email if there is a problem updating the customer membership history.
- Fix to the dashboard home page to remove the system administrator button for administrators and operators.
- Fix to customer booking list to prevent bookings that have already been paid from being added to a new invoice.
Public website updates
- Update to register and forgotten password button when the booking system is a slave to an external membership database.
- Fix to booking notes to require notes to be entered if the mandatory option has been selected.
General updates
- Update to the default login timeout to 4 hours inactivity.
- Update to the calendar pages to increase their efficiency.
