Release note 117

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Update to the automated direct debit process to utilise the new GoCardless Pro API.
  2. Update to adding an automated direct debit where a mandate is required to be created before choosing the membership subscription details.
  3. Fix to the customer list to clear the membership filter selection.
  4. Update to the schedule listing to remove the option to delete a schedule to avoid mistakes where large numbers of bookings are also removed as a result.
  5. Fix to the pos transactions api to include transaction account details.
  6. Fix to add payment to a customer when a non numeric value is entered.
  7. Update to scheduling time-based activities to ignore historic date conflicts when updating an existing schedule.
  8. Update to scheduling multi-person activities to ignore historic date conflicts when updating an existing schedule.
  9. Update to scheduling courses to ignore historic date conflicts when updating an existing schedule.
  10. Update to scheduling events to ignore historic date conflicts when updating an existing schedule.
  11. Fix to order checkout to correctly allow time range promotional codes.
  12. Fix to course register to add missing customer profile columns.
  13. Updates to the display and layout to accommodate embedded sits within a physical till system.
  14. Fix to session timeout to exclude dashboard users from the session timeout setting for customers.
  15. Fix to rescheduling courses to copy the session number when rescheduling a session to an alternate time.

General updates

  1. Update to the text messaging service to use the new Esendex API.
  2. Added Stripe as a new payment option to allow customers to pay online and operators to take card payments using the virtual terminal.
