We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard and the new public website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Update to the booking order invoice list to add in full payment transactions and update the status of the bookings to paid.
2. Update to activity labeling to clarify the maximum consecutive sessions is a default option and is overridden by the setting on the schedule.
3. Update to the checkout to hide the multiple payment option if only one payment option is available.
4. Update to the checkout to hide the book now option if no payment options are available.
5. Update to the layout to allow forms to resize correctly on small screens used on integrated till systems.
6. Added a new groundsman report that will generate a print document of bookings for each category of activities.
7. Added the option to select next week, next month and next year from the listing date range filters.
8. Update to the checkout process when selecting to pay by invoice request to automatically generate a new invoice advice note for the order items.
9. Update to the bookings menu to only show the order invoice list if the site is set to use order invoices.
10. Fix to price band settings to display the word unlimited in the bookings per week and bookings for day selection options instead of zero.

12. Added a new feature to allow cancellation reasons to be selected from a custom list reasons.
13. Update to the customer list redact action to include the customer name, email address, contact address and bank account details.
14. Fix to payment analysis report to remove images from the spreadsheet and print output.
15. Update to the booking activity report to exclude cancelled sessions.
16. Fix to order receipt print out to exclude tax if the site does not use individual tax codes.
17. Fix to package allocation to display the name of the package being selected.
18. Added the option to set the number of days until a package will expiry.
19. Added the option to include time-based activities on the till interface.
20. Update to groundsman football and cricket reports to restrict the output to a week.
21. Update to booking tickets to allow these to be displayed if the booking is unpaid and the option of invoicing is available.
22. Added the option to add promotional pricing to an activity for a specific date range.
23. Added the option to add promotional pricing to a substitute activity for a specific date range.
24. Added the option to add promotional pricing to a courses for a specific date range.
25. Added the option to add promotional pricing to a events for a specific date range.
26. Update to direct debit summary report to include payment date as a search filter.

Public website updates

1. Update to the placeholder text on the postal addresses to clarify the content for each of the five fields.
2. Update to the order basket and checkout to display a continue shopping button.
3. Added option to display the end time of an activity in the list.

General updates

1. Fix to calendar appointments to send only one appointment per booking irrespective of the number of occurrences.
