Release note 113

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Update to booking terms and conditions to increase the number of characters allowed.
2. Fix to instructors calendar to exclude sessions where the default instructor has been replaced.
3. Fix to instructors activity report to exclude sessions where the default instructor has been replaced.
4. Fix to invoice direct PDF documents to group the individual items in the list correctly in order when sending multiple emails.
5. Update to booking rescheduling to default the list to the same activity and to add a filter that allows the operator to select alternative activities.
6. Added the option to credit a package automatically when a booking is cancelled that was purchased using a package.
7. Added the option to apply the cancellation policy to unpaid reservations that are cancelled automatically following their expiration.
8. Update to the settings menu to move the bookings section to the top of the list.
9. Update to the SagePay payment options settings to display the required subnet mask account setting.
10. Added the option to set a Realex sub account for individual activities to allow order payments to be directed to a specific account.
11. Update to labels for the date when bookings were made to display as the created date to avoid confusion with the booking start date.
12. Added additional fields to the attendance list including medical conditions, disability and correspondence email address.

Public website updates

1. Fix to restrict the number of repeat weeks to the number of days in advance a customer can book.
2. Added the option to book any available sessions when selecting the number of weeks to repeat the booking.
3. Update to registration page to remove the option to login to avoid confusing customers.

Calendar website updates

1. Fix to restrict the number of repeat weeks to the number of days in advance a customer can book.
2. Added the option to book any available sessions when selecting the number of weeks to repeat the booking.
3. Update to make booking button to display as book on standby when only standby bookings are available.
4. Fix to the old WorldPay payment process to pass customer contact details to the WorldPay payment gateway.

General updates

1. Fix to the booking sheet scheduled task to only show live booking questions.
2. Added membership subscription payment item to differentiate between a missed direct debit payment and a membership fee.
