Release note 112

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Added a new activity view to the public website that will require at least one activity to be selected and attendees selected for each booking.
2. Fix to the attendance counter on the single activity calendars to exclude cancelled sessions.
3. Update to activity settings to remove promotional voucher selection from the activity page, to avoid issues if there are thousands of vouchers available.
4. Fix to the promotional code validation on checkout to correctly determine whether the time range is valid.
5. Fix to the promotional code settings list to allow non alpha numeric characters to be used in grouping by campaign names.
6. Update to boarding pass admissions to allow attendees to be added, selected and swapped.
7. Update to the bookings page to include the standard date filter to allow any date range to be selected.
8. Update to paying a missing direct debit subscription to change the customer's payment status to paid.
9. Added the option to change the price of each price band for group tickets.
10. Fix to day booking notes from the calendar to show the day selected and not the following day.

Public website updates

1. Added a new activity view  that will require attendees with disclaimers to be created and selected for each booking.
2. Fix to the registration process to store the membership reference if required.
3. Fix to price band rules on the week calendar to check the session is available if there is more than one rule and the first shows as only available soon.
4. Added the option to change the date or time of an item in the order for sites using price band booking rules.
5. Fix to the price band booking rules to select the appropriate price band if a price band has an active month selected.
6. Fix to availability to include those items that are currently in an order basket and therefore temporarily unavailable.
7. Update to the order checkout to display the customer's account balance if no payment methods are available to highlight if they have insufficient funds to pay using credit.

Calendar website updates

1. Update to the order checkout to display the customer's account balance if no payment methods are available to highlight if they have insufficient funds to pay using credit.
2. Fix to checkout when adding outstanding account balance.

General updates

1. Fix to credit allocations on checkout when the customer does not have a positive financial balance and uses credit to pay for a booking.
2. Update to the duration selection when making a booking to exclude any duration that does not have a price set for the activity.
