Release note 110

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard and the new public website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Added boarding pass admissions to allow a receptionist to print attendee passes containing a qr code and admission information on a receipt.
  2. Update to the session calendar pop-up to display the reason a session has been cancelled below the status.
  3. Update to the session calendar pop-up to allow courses to be rescheduled.
  4. Update to the booking process to allow administrators to select the price band for each ticket for group bookings.
  5. Added the option to change the warning text on the booking tickets.
  6. Fix to customer booking cost to ignore promotional vouchers in the cost of a booking.
  7. Update to the name of activity view for listings to emphasise that this view is designed for events and courses and not time based activities.
  8. Added the option to enter a manual disclaimer on the boarding pass admissions page that creates an attendee for the booking.
  9. Update to customer gift vouchers to allow operators to add a new gift voucher to the order basket.
  10. Update to the payment analysis report to exclude gift vouchers, promotional vouchers and coupons.
  11. Update to refunds for paid bookings to remove payment options that are no enabled for operators.
  12. Fix to the order basket to display the correct price bands for the ticket type if prices contained a start and end time.
  13. Update to coupon settings to allow coupons live status to be set.
  14. Update to promotional voucher settings to allow coupons live status to be set.

Public website updates

  1. Fix to adding a promotional voucher to prevent a single use voucher being applied to a whole group rather than one ticket.
  2. Update to the maximum number of group members up to one hundred.

General updates

  1. Fix to allocating packages if more than one package exists ignore any packages that are not applicable due to the start time.
  2. Added the option to set the specific WorldPay account to be receive payment for WorldPay hosted payment pages.
  3. Fix to promotional vouchers to allocate the voucher transaction payments to items within the order.
  4. Added the option to create rewards that will provide a gift voucher to the customer dependent on the value of the sale.
  5. Fix to payment allocations to exclude gift voucher purchases when allocating payments.
  6. Fix to manual gift vouchers to display the correct voucher code on the print-out.
