We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard and the API. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Update to price band booking rules to add an active month to determine when the rule comes into effect.
2. Update to the unpaid bookings page for invoice direct customers to remove the option to create and send invoices before they have been generated.

API updates

1. Update to the availability to return the cost based on specific criteria.
2. Added a new options function to return the options available for a selected activity session.
3. Added a new extras function to return the additional options available for a selected activity session.
4. Added a function to allow booking question responses to be added for a specific order item.
5. Added additional parameters and details to the availability function.
6. Added a function to return the price of an activity based on several parameters.
7. Added a function to return the available substitute activities for an activity.

General updates

1. Fix to booking ticket when group ticket receipt option is selected to only produce one ticket for printing.
2. Added the billing address to WorldPay payment criteria to allow the billing address to be changed from that stored in the customer record.
3. Update to the mobile text message for group leaders to alter the content and timing of the message delivery.
4. Update to name of the 'on account' payment method to read 'pay later on account' to avoid confusion with paying using available credit on account.
5. Update to customer tickets to show a message if the ticket is unavailable due to cancellation or an unpaid booking.
