We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and member checker. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Fix to customer payment allocation to exclude credits that have been linked to an offline payment.
  2. Added to customer order history the option to print order receipts.
  3. Added site contracts to allow sites to view and sign our terms of service.
  4. Update to customer allocation page to only show items marked as unpaid even if historic paid items were not allocated a payment.
  5. Update to customer payment page to only show items marked as unpaid even if historic paid items were not allocated a payment.
  6. Added the option to restrict operators to bookings within the notice period.
  7. Fix to advice note generation when selecting multiple customers with multiple activities booked to group these items correctly.
  8. Update to unpaid bookings page to change the send advice note option to only create the advice notes.
  9. Added the option to send to the customer or send to yourself on the invoice request list.
  10. Update to the admission report to display the system that the admission was processed by.
  11. Update to the failed admission report to display the system that the admission was processed by.
  12. Added admission activity settings to allow more than one activity or substitute activity to be used to provide access to a facility.
  13. Added a send email option to the customer list that will import customer email addresses to an email client.
  14. Added a send email option to the bookings page that will import customer email addresses to an email client.
  15. Update to printing course registers to allow a date range to be selected for the register.

Member Checker updates

  1. Update to messaging to allow each installation to customise the text messages that are displayed when a scan is processed.
  2. Added the option to specify that there is no camera for the installation.

Public website updates

  1. Added resource area references to order confirmation receipts, if these are applicable.
  2. Fix to automatic reservation cancellations to allocate items to the correct payment when the reservation is for multiple sessions.
  3. Update to cancellations to only send one cancellation email when a number of group bookings are cancelled for the same activity, date and time.
  4. Update to cancellations to only send one cancellation email when a number of repeat bookings are cancelled for the same activity and time.
