We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Removal of the bulk email feature from the customer list due to issues with blacklisting of Sports Booker servers.
  2. Removal of the bulk email feature from the booking and reservation lists due to issues with blacklisting of Sports Booker servers.
  3. Update to the attendance reports to limit the number of emails that can be sent to fifty at any one time due to issues with blacklisting of Sports Booker servers.
  4. Added the option to create categories for activity views.
  5. Added the option to enter the number of days a gift voucher is valid for.
  6. Added an additional email address to the booking settings that will receive copies of all order confirmation receipts.
  7. Fix to the calendar to allow operators to book outside the booking notice period if the advanced bookings days limit is applied to operators.
  8. Fix to the booking list report to allow searching by keyword.
  9. Update to automated billing process to allow outstanding site payments to be requested and paid online.
  10. Update to direct invoices when similar items are selected to be grouped together, displaying the first and last date of the grouped items in the description.
  11. Added the option to hide the quantity column from all invoices. 
  12. Fix to the instructors calendar to remember the date selected when updating or selecting a new instructor.
  13. Update to messaging to allow longer HTML mail messages to be sent.

Calendar website updates

  1. Update to login and registration to display an error message if the customer is trying to use a mobile device with cookies disabled.

Public website updates

  1. Added the ability to display categories with the list of items available on the home page, which will subsequently display a list of activity views within that category.
  2. Fix to the substitute activity list to exclude any activities that do not have a price.
  3. Added the option to select applicable packages when making a booking to discount the activity that is booked.
  4. Added a confirm email address field to the registration page to help prevent the customer email address from being incorrectly entered.
  5. Fix to the home page to focus the cursor correctly on the email address field.
  6. Update to login and registration to display an error message if the customer is trying to use a mobile device with cookies disabled.
  7. Update to the registration and login details to clarify the information required in each form field.
