Release note 106

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website, the older calendar website and member checker. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Fix to the table event view to allow multi-person activities with a fortnightly frequency to display only alternate weeks.
2. Fix to attendee activity selection to only display multi-person activities.
3. Fix to membership history to add a new record if a direct debit is created with no gap fee or joining fee.
4. Fix to remove instructors who are not live from the list of available instructors for scheduling an activity.
5. Added option to amend the group page heading on the public website.
6. Fix to order item transaction report to display the correct amount if the order item is related to multiple sessions.
7. Added the schedule display name to the calendar views were applicable and not currently displayed.
8. Fix to enable the booking of a time-based session where a multi-person session had been scheduled but has since been cancelled.
9. Update to promo vouchers to allow the selection of activities on the promo voucher setting page.
10. Fix to substitute pricing when setting the linear price of the first session to zero it will now update the subsequent linear sessions with a zero value.
11. Update to the booking notice period for activities, events and courses to allow up to 7 days notice to be required.
12. Added the option to upload a logo to display at the top of the attendee disclaimers.

Calendar website updates

1. Fix to the table event view to allow multi-person activities with a fortnightly frequency to display only alternate weeks.
2. Added the schedule display name to the calendar views were applicable and not currently displayed.

Public website updates

1. Fix to correct the number of repeat weeks when using price band booking rules.
2. Added a link to add attendees after the customer completes a booking that requires a disclaimer to be completed.
3. Added the option to select attendees from previous group members when booking an activity that requires disclaimers.
4. Update to the single venue activity view to allow the activity to have differing start times on different days.

Member Checker updates

1. Added a licence type to determine whether Member Checker is being used to solely check membership or, alternatively, a valid booking to allow entry to a gym.

General updates

1. Update to the PayPal payment notification process to mitigate issues with missing information being sent by PayPal when confirming a payment has been received.
2. Update to the attendee disclaimer document to improve the layout of the content.
