We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Added option to prevent operators from booking a customer into an activity twice when additional bookings are disabled.
  2. Update to allow operators to book individual course sessions before the course programme has begun if individual session booking is enabled.
  3. Added option to restrict operators to cancellations within the booking notice period.
  4. Fix to the order basket to correctly allocate a price override if the value is not divisible by the number of sessions within the booking.
  5. Fix to invoice item list to group similar items and correctly calculate the items cost even if the grouped items cost is different.
  6. Added a new reservation option to set the number of days before a booking commences when a booking will be automatically cancelled.
  7. Added the new card storage option to the Realex payment gateway options.
  8. Added links to tutorial videos and the current Member Checker setup file in the help menu.
  9. Fix to show site name on the venue questions monitoring report.
  10. Fix to allow group bookings when certain group configuration was selected and any group booking selections were prevented.
  11. Fix to attendee questions where they were being added as general booking questions rather than attendee specific questions.
  12. Fix to substitute activity selection to allow the option within the dashboard if admin only is set to yes.
  13. Fix to customer booking cancellations when crediting a package for a multiple session activity to credit back the packages for the sequential sessions as well as the first session.
  14. Fix to list of bookings on an invoice when there are multiple session bookings to show the correct quantity of sessions.
  15. Fix to custom invoice descriptions to allow special characters to be displayed such as the pound sign.
  16. Added the option to prevent memberships from being selected by customers to be renewed.
  17. Added the option to use group tickets for events that will produce a single ticket for the group leader containing details of the group size.

Calendar website updates

  1. Update to booking page to automatically select each booking to make the cancellation process quicker.
  2. Update to the booking page to allow the name of the attendee to be updated if the booking is not using the attendee disclaimer process.
