We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

  1. Fix to till admissions to display membership status when a customer does not have a renewal date set.
  2. Fix to till admissions when using credit checkout to automatically allocate payments to order items.
  3. Update to main navigation to hide the news section button to reduce number of items in the main navigation.
  4. Fix the customer membership checkout to correctly display tax when a joining fee applies.
  5. Added the ability to refund directly to a customer credit card if they paid via WorldPay when cancelling a booking.
  6. Added the payment analysis report to the group data monitoring portal.
  7. Update to the payment analysis report to display the activity for the original booking when the payment is a refund.
  8. Update to booking cancellations when choosing to refund and cancel by payment to automatically allocate the refund to the payment.
  9. Fix to customer payment allocations to exclude negative transactions from the list of unallocated credit transactions.
  10. Fix to booking questions report to display the answer to the first question.
  11. Added start and end dates to multi-person activity prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  12. Added start and end dates to time-based activity prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  13. Added start and end dates to event prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  14. Added start and end dates to course prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  15. Added start and end dates to optional extra prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  16. Added start and end dates to substitute activity prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the booking.
  17. Added start and end dates to till product prices to allow pricing to change depending on the date of the order.
  18. Fix to the number of people within a group booking to limit this option to the number currently available.
  19. Added customer email address to the booking cancellation report.
  20. Added a new help section that includes FAQs and a search facility to find useful information.
  21. Update to the help documents to move the document library to the sub menu.
  22. Fix to booking order history to not show order payments as unreconciled.
  23. Added sub account option to the Realex financial payment settings.

Public website updates

  1. Update to the membership portal to allow a single term purchase of a membership using an alternate payment method if PayPal is not available.
  2. Update to redirect the customer to the legacy calendar website if the new public website is not activated.

Calendar website updates

  1. Fix to the calendar page by increasing server resources to allow larger calendars to be displayed.
  2. Update to the membership purchase process to use the new membership portal and therefore allow payment by alternate payment methods if PayPal is not available.

General updates

  1. Update to refunds to link the credited transaction added to the customer account to the original booking.
  2. Update to order receipts to state more clearly when a booking is on standby.
  3. Removal of ticket classes due to the redundancy of this option.
  4. Update to the global limit of group members per booking to sixty.
