Release note 102

We’ve updated Sports Booker with some new features and bug fixes discovered through our support forum.
This is an update to the dashboard, the new public website and the older calendar website. The release includes the following additions and fixes;

Dashboard updates

1. Added a payment analysis report that will display a summary or sales transactions and refunds.
2. Fix to substitute activity venue pricing when adding a price for a single session that was previously only priced as a venue.
3. Fix to customer bookings when filtering by start date and including cancelled bookings to avoid cancelled bookings from being incorrectly selected based on the date range drop down.
4. Fix to the customers list to display an individual membership subscription that is set to 0 and not blank.
5. Fix to require gender selection if selected in the data capture options when adding a customer during the order process.
6. Added the answers to any booking questions to appear on the calendar pop-up window if the activity has one participant.
7. Fix to customer payment and payment allocations to remove a booking from reservation list when the booking is paid.
8. Added a WorldPay order report that will enable WorldPay payments to be refunded directly back to the customer.
9. Fix to calendar booking reschedule to enable times within a venue to be available to select when they appear after a multi-person booking that is for more than one area within the venue.
10. Added a block booking filter option to the bookings page.
11. Fix to the session attendance list to display standby bookings that were automatically cancelled and refunded.

Public website updates

1. Fix to remove option to pay for reservations at a venue that have since been paid.
2. Change of text in activity drop down list to match the text above the activity view buttons on the home page.
3. Fix to price band booking rules on a venue week view to prevent booking in the following month when the end month date falls mid week.
4. Fix to booking opponent option to enforce entry of a selected opponent or a guest.
5. Fix to the checkout process to separate pay later on account and using credit on account into distinct payment options.
6. Update to allow using credit on account or using your credit limit whenever there is credit available no matter what payment options are available. 

Calendar website updates

1. Change to the order process to prevent items being added to the basket before all options and extras have been selected.
