How to display fully booked sessions on your public website
1. Go to Settings > Public website > Activity views.
2. Click on and open up the activity view you wish to enable this feature for.
3. Scroll down and click on the Display options green cross symbol.
4. Set the Display booked sessions option to Yes. This will show sessions in the list of activities that have been booked to capacity. These sessions will be unavailable to book, but will enable the customer to see the entire schedule of activities. If this option is set to No fully booked sessions will not appear at all to the customer.
5. Click Update activity view.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for all activity views if you want to use this feature across all activities on your public website.
