How to allow customers to receive email notifications of booking cancellations

1. Go to Settings > Feature choices and tick the Customer - My notifications box.

2. Click Update settings at the bottom of the page. 

3. Then go to Settings > Messaging.

4. Ensure the Cancellation notification email is set to Yes for Send Email

5. Click Update settings at the bottom of the page.

The next time a customer logs in to their Sports Booker account, they will be able to set themselves cancellation notifications by clicking on the menu icon in the top left-hand corner of their screen and then my clicking the My Notifications button.
