How to update activity prices

There are two different ways in which you can update your activity pricing. Either by going to the main pricing table or by going to the activity itself. 

Method 1 - Main pricing table

1. Go to Settings > Activities > Pricing. 

2. Set the activity prices, entering prices for the number of consecutive sessions booked (if appropriate), the number of areas booked (if appropriate) and peak/off-peak (if appropriate). 

Method 2 - Individual activities

1. Go to the Settings section at the top of the dashboard.

2. Click on the Activities sub menu.

3. Select the type of activities you wish to update.

4. Click on an activity to open it up.

5. Select the range of prices to view for the activity by changing the Date from (if you need to change future prices - if you are making use of the price start/end dates), the number of consecutive sessions booked (if appropriate), the number of areas booked (if appropriate) and peak/off-peak (if appropriate). 

6. Enter the cost for each price band, enter a zero to provide the activity free of charge or leave the price empty if the activity cannot be booked.

7. Click Update activity.
