How to set promotional prices for a specified time period

1. Go to Settings > Activities.

2. Select an activity type.

3. Click on an activity to open up its details. 

4. At the top of the page click the Add promotional price button. 

5. Update the prices for each price band and make sure you set a Start date and End date.If your promotional price only applies to one price band, you will still need to enter the standard prices for the other price bands here. 

6. Click on Update activity pricing.
