How to add a price band

1. Go to Settings > Price bands > Add price band.

2. You then need to enter details on the following:

Name
Colour code
Bookings per day - this sets a limit on how many bookings a customer can book on a day. If they try and exceed it a warning message appears, and asks them to call the club contact phone number.
Bookings per week - this sets a limit on how many bookings a customer can book in a week. If they try and exceed it a warning message appears, and asks them to call the club contact phone number.
Bookings per week applies globally - this will restrict the total amount of bookings by any customer in this price band to the number of bookings per week.
Bookings per week applies to peak times only - this will restrict the total mount of bookings by any customer in this price band for peak times only.
Bookings per week exceeded price band - if an alternate price band is selected a customer will be allowed to make further bookings and this rule will use the prices associated with this price band for any bookings above the bookings per week limit. This allows you to charge customers who wish to exceed the default limit a higher price.
Advance booking for activities - this sets how far in advance each price band can book time-based and multi-person activities. This will only take effect if you turn on "Use price band advance booking days" in Settings > Bookings.
Advance booking for events and courses - this sets how far in advance each price band can book events and courses. This will only take effect if you turn on "Use price band advance booking days" in Settings > Bookings.
Advance bookings limit - this sets a limit on how many bookings a member can book in advance. If they try and exceed it a warning message appears, and asks them to call the contact phone number.
Anonymous customer - this will allow administrators to book in anonymous guest customers for this price band.
Exclusive of tax - if the site is set to display prices inclusive of tax this will reverse that global feature for any customer using this price band.
Days for short notice cancellations 
Short notice refund (%) 
Long notice refund (%) 
Dashboard only - if the bookings allow price band selection this will display this price band as one of the available options to operators and administrators only.
Live - if the bookings allow price band selection this will display this price band as one of the available options.

3. Click Update price band.
