What do I do if Iock myself out from using the dashboard

There are two different things you can do in this scenario.

1. Use the Support tab at the top of your dashboard and create a support ticket providing your log in username. We can then unlock your account and provide you with a temporary password.

2. If another administrator is on site, they will be able to unlock your account for you. They will need to go to Settings > Operators & administrators and click on your display name to open up your profile. They will then need to change the Login failures box to 0 (this number should be reading at 10 or more if you are locked out) and change your password. Finally, click Update operator.
