How to allow customers to change their answer to the 'Do you consent to receiving marketing information from us?' GDPR registration question

Opting in or out

Go to Settings > Feature choices. 

Tick Customer - My account and click Update settings at the bottom of the page.

The next time a customer logs in to your customer site, they will need to click the Menu button in the top left-hand corner of the screen and then click My account. 

The customer will then have the option to change their answer to the marketing consent question and update their account. 

A quick method of opting out

There is also a quick way of allowing customers to opt-out from receiving marketing information without the need to log in to their customer account. This is useful if you wanted to display this information at the footer of your marketing information emails.

They will just need to go to _______.sports-booker.com/customer/unsubscribe and enter their email address to opt-out.
