How to update your mobile text messaging settings

1. Go to Settings > Messaging > Mobile text messaging

Note: If there are no text message purchasing options at the top of your screen please contact support@sports-booker.com and we will set this up for you. 

You can then change the following settings:

Text message sender name - this name will appear as the from address on text messages received by members. The sender name can only be up to 11 characters.
Send booking message - send an automatic text message to the customer when a booking is made.
Reminder message option - select which of the messages you wish to use.
Send reminder message - send an automatic text message to customers the day before the booking date to remind the customer to attend the activity.
Send failed attendance message - send a text message to customers who did not attend an activity when selecting 'send message' on the attendance page.
Send standby upgrade message - send an automatic message to a customer who is upgraded from the standby list.
Send group leader message - select whether to send an automatic message to group leaders two days before their booking. You can use this message template to send a text to group leaders via the attendee list at any time.

2. Click Update details.
