How to send customers a one off email about a booking

1. Go to the Bookings section at the top of the dashboard. 

2. Use the Filters button to get up the list of customers you need in relation to a particular booking.

3. Use the tick selector from the left-hand side of the page and tick the customers you wish to send an email to.

4. Choose the Send an email option from the Actions drop-down box and click Apply

Note: Only customers who have agreed to recieve marketing information from your company will recieve an email. If the email is urgent you can export the list of customers using the Output type to download a spreadsheet, then copying the email addresses into a mail client.
