How to change what customers recieve emails for
1. Go to Settings > Messaging.
2. Use the tick selector to choose which email messages customers receive during the booking and membership process. Only active messages will be sent and a copy email will be sent to the site contact email address, if this option is enabled.
Note: You can find out what each message does by clicking on it and reading the description at the top of the page. The copy email is sent to the Primary site contact email address which can be found by clicking on your Settings tab at the top of your dashboard.
3. There are a range of different Actions you can apply to the selected messages, these can be found in the drop-box at the bottom of the page and include:
Update to send email
Update to do not send email
Update to send copy email
Update to do not send copy email
4. Click Apply and Update settings.
