How to change the template of emails sent to customers

1. Go to Settings > Messaging

2. Click on the red link of the email message you would like to change the template for.

Note: Anything with an @ symbol around it is based on code. If you wish to add a @contactelephone@ for example, you will need to click the Tools button at the top of the message box and select the appropriate criteria. The Tools button should always be used when adding in further coding information, simply typing a word with an @ symbol around it will not work successfully.

3. You may also want to add generic booking information to your template. To do this click in the box and type. 

4. Make your changes for both the HTML and plain message boxes. 

5. Click Update message.
