How to Transfer Funds between Customer accounts

To enable this new feature go to Settings - Financial to allow customer balance transfer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When enabled, a new option is present in the customer financial statement to transfer money

Please note the option will only be present if the user has credit on their account available to transfer.

When the feature is activated your customer will have a new button appear under My Financial Statements page when they login to their customer account called Balance Transfer:

 

 

 

 

 

 

When you select it you can search the person you wish to transfer money to and an amount (within your available limit)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click Continue and Confirm                                                                                                                                                  

 

 

 

 

Within their Financial Statement Page they will be able to see any transfers they have made and who to.
