How to allow customers to pay deposits for specific activities
1. Go to Settings > Activities.
2. Click on and open up the individual course, event, time-based or multi-person activity you wish to enable this feature for.
3. Scroll down and click on the Financial green cross symbol.
You then need to change the following settings:
Deposit percentage - enter the percentage of the price to be paid to book the activity.
Deposit advanced booking days - enter the number of days in advance a deposit can be paid before the full amount is required.
4. Click Update at the bottom of the page.
Note: You can also send Outstanding balance reminders to your customers by going to Settings > Messaging and turning this message on. This email will be sent twice a week beginning the month before an unpaid booking is due to start reminding the customer to log on to their account and pay the remaining balance.
