How to add a reward

Rewards are free gift vouchers provided to customers based on the total sale value of their purchcase. 

1. Go to Settings > Feature choices and tick the Dashboard - Settings - Financial - Rewards box

2. Click Update settings.

3. Go to Settings > Financial > Rewards > Add reward. 

One reward will be automatically provided per sale to the customer. The reward with the highest applicable sale value will be used.

You then need to enter information on the following:

Name
Total sale value - this is the total sale value that must be exceeded to provide the reward.
Gift voucher amount - the amount that will be provided as a gift voucher reward to the customer.
Days until expiry - the number of days until the gift voucher expires.

4. Select the Activities that contribute towards total sale value. 

5. Click Update reward.
