Why is the customer I am trying to search for not showing up?

If you are attempting to look up a customer and they are not appearing when you search their name, it could be that you have some filters set which are hindering the search you are intending to do. 

This will have occurred because the system saves the filters from your last search.

1. To undo this, go to the Customers section a the top of your dashboard. 

2. Click on the Filters button at the top of the page. 

3. Then untick all the membership boxes and click the Clear filters button. 

4. Finally, click Apply filters and attempt to search for the customer again.
