How to reset a customer's password when they have been blocked out of their account
1. Go to the Customers section at the top of the dashboard.
2. Search for the customer who has been blocked out of their account.
3. Click on the Advanced sub menu.
4. Under Registration details set their Login failures to 0 and click Update advanced details at the bottom of the page.
5. Then click the Profile sub menu and reset their password - they can change this at a later date.
6. Click Update account.
