How to add questions to a customer profile
1. Go to Settings > Customers > Custom questions.
2. You can then enter up to five custom questions that can be required when adding a customer's minimum details and/or in the full details displayed on the customer profile. If you choose a question to be a selection type enter the options in the text box that is displayed separated by a carriage return (enter key). You can also choose whether the question is mandatory and/or a registration question.
3. Once you have added your question, click Update customer questions at the bottom of the page.
