How to change your cancellation policy

1. Go to Settings > Bookings > Cancellation policy.

You can then make changes to the following settings:

Allow customer cancellations - if this option is not enabled customers will not be able to cancel their bookings.
Disable short notice cancellations - if this option is selected customers will not be able to cancel their bookings at short notice.
Enable cancellation policy for reservations - this will apply the cancellation policy to unpaid reservations that are automatically cancelled due to reaching their expiry date.
Days in advance required for package reinstatment - How far before a booking the cancellationm must be to refund the package.
Reinstate packages for cancelled bookings - a package will have the session credited back when a booking is cancelled that was purchased using a package.
Mandatory cancellation reason - customers will be required to enter a reason for their cancellation.
No cancellation fee if another booking is made for the same day - Ignore the cancellation fee if there is another booking for the same day.
Cancel and delete booking transactions - when a booking is cancelled the associated transaction is archived / deleted and the booking is not refunded.
Disable cancel and refund payment option - Y/N
Days for short notice cancellations -
Short notice refund (%) 
Long notice refund (%)
Number of cancellations allowed -
this will limit a customer to the number to the cancellations selected, but only if a number of days for this limit is also set.
Days for cancellation limit - the number of days that the cancellation limit applies to.
Use price band cancellation policy - this overrides the global cancellation policy, and sets the short notice and long notice periods by referring to the values entered per price band.

2. Once you have finished, click Update details at the bottom of the page. .
