How to scan an admission ticket

You can automatically attach booking tickets to confirmation emails by going to Settings > Bookings > Booking receipt options and adjusting some of the settings listed here. 

To scan an admission ticket you will need to:

1. Go to the Till & Admit section at the top of the dashboard.

2. Scan the barcode or QR code with a card reader or search for the customer manually and click on their name.

3. Untick any tickets you do not wish to admit (all related tickets will be displayed indicating the status of the ticket and whether the customer has been admitted previously).

4. Click on Admit selected tickets to register attendance and record admission.
