How to move a booking of a multi-person activity to an alternative time in a schedule

1. Go to the Calendars section at the top of the dashboard. 

2. Click on the activity the customer is due to attend.

3. At the bottom of the pop up box under Participant list click on the customer's name. 

4. Click Reschedule booking.

5. Select the new date from the calendar. Note: If the time you are attempting to move the customer to is not showing it is because you are trying to move them to a different schedule. In this case, you would need to cancel the booking and book the customer back in again. 

6. You can also choose to add a reason and whether you would like to notify this person via email or text. 

7. Choose the new booking date and time using the tick selector on the left-hand side of the page.

8. Finally, click Reschedule booking.
