How to enable group bookings
1. Go to Settings > Bookings > Booking features.
2. Set the Allow group bookings option to Yes.
3. Then go to Settings > Activities and find the activity you are looking to enable group bookings for.
4. Scroll down and click on the Group bookings green cross symbol. Alternatively, you can find this option when you add a new activity.
5. You can then enter information on the following:
Default maximum group size - this is the maximum number of group participants that can be added to each booking.
Enable advance attendee and disclaimer information - if this option is selected it will require advance attendee information to be collected following the booking of this activity. This option will automatcially disable group member name entry.
Disable group member name entry - select the number of bookings without entering the group member names.
Enable group member notes to be entered - allow notes to be added for each group member.
Mandatory group member note entry for customers - require notes to be added to each group member on customer bookings.
Mandatory group member note entry for operators - require notes to be added to each group member on operator bookings.
Use group ticket receipt - the ticket for a booking will only be produced for the group leader and will contain details of the group size.
6. Click Update activity.
7. Go to Settings > Scheduling and click on the activity to open it up.
8. Scroll down and click on the Group booking green cross symbol and configure these settings. If the schedule is being created for the first time, the default will be pulled through, however you will still need to enable Group bookings as a whole.
9. Click Update activity schedule.
