How to cancel customer reservations

1. Go to the Bookings section at the top of the dashboard.

2. Click on Reservations on the sub menu.

3. Tick the bookings to cancel and then select either Cancel and apply cancellation policy or Cancel and apply full refund from the action drop-down menu.
