How to cancel a booking without providing a refund or sending a cancellation email

This option will cancel selected bookings, without sending cancellation email notifications and without providing a refund. This makes space available for a new customer to replace an absentee.

1. Go to the Calendar section at the top of the dashboard.

2. Click on the activity session the customer is booked in for.

3. Click on the customer's name under the Particpant list sub-heading. 

4. Tick the booking using the tick selector on the left-hand side of the page. 

5. Scroll down to the Non-attendance and late cancellation sub heading.

6. Click Cancel, no refund, no notification
