How to cancel a booking

1. Go to the Customer section at the top of the dashboard.

2. Search for the customer and click on their name.

3. Click on Bookings on the customer sub menu.

4. Use the date range filters to produce a list of current bookings.

5. Click on Booking ID of the booking(s) you wish to cancel.

6. Select items to cancel by changing the quantity booked or using tick boxes within the booking detail panel.

7. Enter a reason for the cancellation and choose whether to override the default cancellation policy listed.

8. Click on Cancel and apply refund policy to cancel the booking.
